CIA courses at NPUA
I want to thank the RED laboratory for the organized courses on the maintenance and operation of drones. The courses gave me a good theoretical background in drone construction, aerodynamics, avionics and metrology.
In addition to theoretical courses, we also conducted practical exercises. Due to the fact that the laboratory is equipped with diverse equipment, the practical training began with lessons on how to control ground drones, like the DJI RoboMaster S1, we acquired the skills to control and orientate in space, as well as control a joystick. With the help of components - frames, motors, propellers, receivers, transmitters and control systems, we assembled flying quad- and hexodrons.
At the very end of the trainings, we conducted several sessions on ready-made drones: Yuneec typhoon H and Yuneec H920.
During the trainings, we learned how to plan a flight and how to process data received from drones.
In practice, we have learned how to use a 3D printer and other processing machines.
All the skills allowed me and my friend to start a startup for the delivery of drugs, medications and other small goods by drones.
We are looking forward to further cooperation with the OED laboratory of NPUA, the eDrone project and the University of Sannio. We think that thanks to cooperation and consultations, we will be able to prepare a serious project to finance our startup.
Looking forward for further cooperation,
Kind regards,
